I got this recipe from a local magazine and I tried it this morning. It really turned out well.
Ingredients:
Fenugreek seeds (methi) - 1/2 tsp
Buttermilk - 1 glass
Jaggery - 1.5 tsp
Jaggery - 1.5 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Salt
Oil
Procedure:
Soak rice and fenugreek seeds in water
for 2 hours.
